What are the payment options?
Presently we accept only prepaid orders via Razorpay, UPI payment and Direct bank transfer. COD is not available at present.
What is your return policy?
All our products come with a 7 days return policy under the condition that returns must not be used, product packaging should not be opened and should include any accessories, documentation, etc. that is shipped with the product.
Defective items due to manufacturing errors can be returned within warranty period anytime but the shipping cost and repairing cost (if applicable) needs to be borne by the customer.
What is your refund policy?
Defective items due to manufacturing errors have full 100% refund of invoice, when returned within 10 days of purchase.
Refund will be made within 10 working days after receiving the item(s), as our technical support needs time to check the device for fault.
Money will be returned to the buyer in same mode of transaction as purchase took place.
