This is our Return Policy Section. It’s a great place to let our customers know what to do in case you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, or if you’re dissatisfied with a product. We are having a straightforward return or exchange policy to reassure you that you can buy with confidence - and keep coming back for more!
All our products come with a 7 days return policy under the condition that returns must not be used, product packaging should not be opened and should include any accessories, documentation, etc. that is shipped with the product.
If the product is found to be used and product packaging is opened or damaged then the return will be termed as no-reason or non-satisfaction return.
Defective items due to manufacturing errors can be returned within warranty period anytime but the shipping cost and repairing cost (if applicable) needs to be borne by the customer.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a manufacturer error. We reserve the right to limit support, and deny returns on items that were purchased over a year ago or have expired their warranty time.
Eligibility for return of modified items is determined on a case-by-case basis; we cannot guarantee eligibility for modified items.
Refund is applicable only when the item is returned to us and is not repairable or not replaceable.
Defective items due to manufacturing errors have full 100% refund of invoice, when returned within 7 days of delivery of product.
If the product is used then no-reason or non-satisfaction returns will get 80% refund, when returned within 7 days of delivery of product subjecting to the condition that the product is returned along with the product box, accessories and documentation.
Refund will be made within 7-10 working days after receiving the item(s), as our technical support needs time to check the device for fault.
Money will be returned to the buyer in same mode of transaction as purchase took place within 1-7 working days after processing the request.
When can i can Cancel the product ?
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of booking or before the product is shipped receive 100% refund.
Incase you want to cancel the order after the product is shipped, then you need to ship the product back to us unboxed at your own expense to receive the 100% refund of the order value.
When will i receive my order ?
Generally it takes us 2-3 days to process your order and another 3-7 working days to deliver your order to your domestic address. In short, you will get your order within 5-10 business days after payment.
Do you ship internationally ?
Yes we can ship products internationally.
How much does shipping cost ?
Orders over Rs 1000 billing amount have zero shipping charges. A fee of approximate Rs 75 is charged for national orders below 0.5 kg, since every product has different dimensions and weight, actual shipping charges can be found while ordering the product.

Every product comes with a warranty card and has warranty period mentioned on it. The given warranty terms and conditions in this document are applicable only for this return period.
Please contact us with your order number, description of your setup, and any information about your situation that may help us and we will provide you appropriate solution.
If you have used the item and not followed the given instructions and something goes wrong or you are not 100% satisfied with your item, our support team will help trouble shoot, offer advice and determine if your parts are defective.
In the event that something is determined to be a manufacturer error or failure due to defective materials, we will repair, exchange the item(s) or refund partial amount as needed.
In case users burn firmware customised by themselves, in this case, we will not be responsible for any result this may cause.
We will not arrange a return/replacement for the devices damaged by the users during installation or any water damage.
Warranty void if operating instructions not followed or if operated beyond technical specifications.
Damage caused by pests such as rodents, cockroaches, insects , etc., is not covered under warranty.
Damage to product caused by lightning strike or over voltage or improper input phase voltage or continuous voltage surges originating from the source of power supply is not covered under warranty.
Water damage and dust damage is not covered.
Accidental damage is not covered under warranty.
The product claimed for warranty is already attempted for repair by any technician other than the supplier, then the warranty is void, and product will be considered as no warranty.
Ensure that any remarking/modifying of the original product brand label or date should not done in product. If any tempering found product will consider as out of warranty.
During the warranty period at the most 1 free replacement is allowed for any defective or damaged component.
